Stage · Identify · Disclose · Record

Disclose the deal. Keep the deal.

SIDR is deal protection for the people who bring the deal: brokers, sponsors, advisers.

It sits beside your data room and guards the moment you say the name.

List a dealTalk to usRegistration is free, no card, but disclosure to readers is paid.

You have to show the deal to find the money.

And the moment they know the name, they can go around you. An agreement records the terms. Record the disclosure too.

So we changed the order of the reveal.

Readers see the deal in stages. Nobody sees the name before they’ve agreed to your terms, and every step is written down.

01Register

Your files get an outside timestamp. A timestamped record of your registration.

02Tease

A blind summary: type, region, size. No name.

The owner line in four copies, one for each level.

Every page carries its reader’s name.

If a page travels, it says who it was made for. We can’t stop a camera. We can name the photo.

A tight crop can remove the visible mark.

03Qualify

The reader signs in with a passkey or a code, and accepts your terms.

04Contract

They accept your terms. Then, and only then, the reveal.

Reader’s level

Commercial HVAC services business, 62 technicians, .Owned through .

The code strip, at a size you can read
893×1263 page · body 16px · strip 18px, code + address + timestamp
Place
One strip, in the page’s bottom margin, 2.4% of the page’s height. Its fill is the page’s own paper at part strength, so what sits under it is faded toward the page, never darkened.
Fit
The type is a share of the strip’s height, 18px here, and shrinks first when the code would not fit. It never goes below 9px.
Parts
The code leads and is never truncated. The address and the timestamp are appended only while they fit whole. Here, code + address + timestamp.

These rules run in this order on every page the server draws, at every size. The geometry here is the render worker’s own arithmetic, ported and checked against the worker’s own output.

Each reader sees only what you’ve allowed.

Pick a level and see what that reader sees. The name stays covered until you decide.

What an L1 reader sees: the deal, without the name.

A record you can hand to your lawyer.

Who accepted which terms, who opened what, and when. Exported as a file anyone can verify without SIDR.

When you revoke, access stops. Measured at 115 ms against a 5-second budget.

What this proves

That this record was created when it says it was, has not been altered since, describes pages served to a named reader under an agreement they accepted first, and is independently checkable with open tools.

What this does not prove

It does not prove who was physically present at the screen, that no photograph was taken, or what a reader understood or remembered. It records what was served, to which credential and device, and when.

Prepared to document your position in a dispute; admissibility and weight depend on the forum.

It runs on your machine, with open tools. A row that has not reached an anchored batch yet says pending. It does not say something it cannot check.

What it can’t do, said plainly.

A marked page names its reader. It doesn’t stop a camera. You’d rather know.
